An experiment new to the ‘DaBois’ range in 2018. A white wine masquerading as a light red.

This is Semillon fermented on Pinot Gris skins. Pinot Gris was pressed off for our 2018 Pinot Gris (Coming soon). The skins tasted too good to throw away so we pressed some Semillon onto the skins. It was then left to ferment for 7 days turning this beautiful red hue in the process. Unfined and unfiltered. This will confuse your senses and delight your tastebuds. Best served slightly chilled or at room temp. Spicy, dry and delicious.
