New members will be accepted into the club when a current member cancels. Once signed up to the waitlist, you will move up the list in order.
YOU’RE IN is what the email and text will say to let you know there is a spot available. Please read - it has some handy info, like when we’ll be charging you for your first pack.
It’s totally fine if you changed your mind and don’t want to join, we won't be offended but please let us know straight away as you will be automatically added to the club and charged when the next issue is due.
Payments - Your payment information may be added to our payment program at any time, you’ll receive an auto email from GoCardless letting you know, this doesn’t mean you are in just yet, but you will be soon!
Email Address - Please enter your work/ legit email address to ensure you receive our emails. We will send one email and a text on the same day to ensure you are aware of us making contact. Check yo junk box too.

Handy Wine Club Info
By joining the Liquid Surprises wine club you will commit to purchasing a 3 pack of LS Merchants wine (of our choosing) delivered to you every 3 months for $99** ($396 per year). We will automatically take payment on the 4th day of March, June, Sept and December.
Locked in? - Nope. You can cancel anytime or skip a delivery, in writing to wineclub@lsmerchants.com.au.

*Locals - slight discount for you at $89 but we’d like you to pick up from our cellar door or Rocky Ridge cellar door in Busso.
**Regional WA, NT, TAS, Nth QLD customers - Unfortunately the price is slightly higher for you at $109. Freight is the only reason, Auspost has jacked their prices. We still love you!

Payment plan information
Direct Debit - Once signed up to our direct debit program (GoCardless), you will be added to a subscription payment plan that will automatically charge you on the 4th of March, June, September and December. You will receive a notification from us 1 week prior, so please ensure you have funds in your chosen account. That’s important
Why direct debit? - We used credit cards in the early days of the wine club and found about 20% were failing. We get significantly less failed payments using DD, making our wine club easier to manage and ensuring we can get the wines to you quickly.
Failed payments - If your payment fails it will be tried again in a few days, if it fails again, we will contact you. You will receive an email notifying you of the failed payment so please do contact us if this is the case and you need to update your details.
Incorrect details - The program may auto-delete you and cancel your subscription if your account details are incorrectly entered. Please get in touch if you receive an email saying this. Don’t fret, you’re still in the club! We just need to re-add your info or swap you to credit if your bank refuses the transaction multiple times.
Payment confirmation - It takes a few days for the payments to confirm and then the packages will be sent. We are a small team and do our best to get the packages out to you as quick as possible
Credit cards - we accept credit cards, we just prefer not to. If you want to sign up with a card, hit us up at wineclub@lsmerchants.com.au
Shipping
We ship with Australia Post and you will receive an email or text with the tracking information on approximately the 11th day of the issue month. To Perth takes 2-5 days and interstate can take up to 14 days.
Moved house? and perhaps forgotten to tell us? Don’t panic! You can alter your shipping address after it has been dispatched via the tracking email you will receive from Australia post. Please check your junk box if you do not receive one. Then email us so we can update your address for next time.
Tracking- You can also choose how to receive your package via the tracking email from Aus Post (eg. leave in safe place, take to post office etc).
Wrong Address - We cannot be held responsible for packages going to the wrong address if you have failed to let us know you moved, however we’ll try to help you. Just reach out.
Not picked up - If your package is not picked up from the post office within 2 weeks they will return it to us, in which case we will charge $15 to send it back to you, or we can hold it and resend it with the next quarters wines. We’ll sort it out, you silly billy.
Broken/ delayed - Auspost always drops a few, and sometimes they are just gone, into another dimension. If you’re tracking emails says ‘Delayed’ this has most likely happened. We are usually notified before you and will be sending another package out to you. The ‘missing’ ones are rare but also replaced, however it may take a bit longer as we politely converse with Auspost about the possible whereabouts of your package.
On Holidays? If you are not going to be home around the time of delivery, (12th to the end of the issue month) please let us know and we can delay sending your package out to you.
Pick up? If you are heading to Margaret River around wine club issue time, you are welcome to pick it up from the cellar door but please let us know

Pre sale emails prior to each issue with a option to add extra wines to your order. So easy for you.
(This is the one that will include new releases, special wines, your favourites and, you can ask for anything or see if we have one bottle of the 2019 Pinot Noir floating around)
Nudge reminder email to update your address or payment information if that has changed and remind you of the upcoming debit.

Website Accounts are not linked to the wineclub.
We’re retro like that.
Creating an account on our website is not for members but for anyone who makes regular purchases from us. You can create one if you want to but we don’t check those accounts and do not retrieve addresses or payment details from those accounts in relation to the wine club.
All changes to your details need to be made to wineclub@lsmerchants.com.au

Discount code - We will send you your unique 20% off discount code after you are accepted into the wine club. This can be used online, please enter at checkout or when you visit the cellar door, just let us know you’re in the club and give us your full name, we will handle the rest!
Keen to buy? - If you want your code immediately to use on the website, please email us at wineclub@lsmerchants.com.au. It can take up to 10 days for our small team to process new members. If you do not receive your code at all, please get in touch.
Cellar Door - Please try to book if you are visiting the cellar door as then we will know you’re a member and can roll out the red carpet.
Cancellation
To cancel your membership or skip a delivery please get in touch at wineclub@lsmerchants.com.au
We need your cancellation request in writing and we will process it within a few days (unless urgent of-course). Please be patient, the wine club team does not work everyday.
Refunds - we can offer refunds if you forgot to cancel before you were charged, but they take about a week to process in the program.
Rejoining - You can rejoin without jumping on the waitlist. Give us a shout.
