For those who know the story of Les Sauvage this may make sense. For those who don’t, it’s a story about moonlighting and a thirst for delicious wine.

After the success of Les’ Red ‘21 which was made exclusively for our Liquid Surprises wine club, we decided to replicate this blend of Shiraz and Mataro on a bigger scale. A classic Australian story originally produced by Wendouree and made famous by us!

Silky and smooth with rich fruit and powdery tannins. Drink now or sometime over the next 5-10 years. Ideally around a campfire with some good mates.
