Handpicked from Gnarly old vines in the Swan Valley. Gentle crushing before whole bunch pressing. Wild yeast tank fermentation and fortnightly battonage.
No fining and lightly filtered before bottle.
Think Cranberry, watermelon, orange oil, spice and a long, velvety mouthfeel. Perfect with Mediterranean foods, pizza, pasta OR a large glass.
