Hoi polloi is an expression from Greek that means the many or, in the strictest sense, the people. In English, it signifies the working class, the masses. We see it as basically a wine for the people, an everyday drinking wine that is fun and simple. A table wine for everyone.

It has been created as a perfect, simple, wine that goes as well by itself as it does with food.

For this wine both the Verdelho and Sauvignon blanc were machine picked during the evening. Left on skins for a minimal amount of time before pressing and fermentation in stainless steel to capture the aromatics and natural acidity. Chenin blanc was fermented in oak with naturally occurring yeast to increase texture and mouthfeel.
