A Riesling from Matt Swinney’s vineyard in Frankland River. Aged on fine lees for 9 months prior to bottling, with perfectly balanced acid, phenolics and sugar.

As a team our love for off-dry Riesling is ever growing. This is due to our in-house German wine connoisseur – Fabian, who generously shares his extensive fine wine knowledge, contacts in the old-world regions, and many bottles of rizza over dinner.

Orange blossom, lemon and lime rind, Bath salts and a lifted perfume-concentrated fruit with subtle mouth-watering acidity. Perfect with spicy foods, cheese and something sweet.
